As children of God we must learn not only to become more like Christ in our suffering, but also learn to use our suffering as a means of ministry to others.

Trusting God with what I have and all I receive goes much further than doing my part or helping the church. It's really a reflection of how I see God and if I believe He is trustworthy.

God has given me a temporary tent called the human body. I have it for a limited amount of time and God wants me to maximize its use for His kingdom and glory.

We all face various seemingly Impossible Situations at various times. It is during these times that we must rely on God’s power. When we do we see amazing things happen, we gain wisdom, and peace. We gain experience to help us face the next Impossible Situation.

God's word gives us the key to seeing and knowing God's plan for our lives.

The beauty of Christianity is that God will meet you where you are but will not leave you where you are. He calls us to go beyond and trust God for those things that only He can do. At LifePoint we are believing God for something so big that only God can bring it to pass.

The fourth purpose of our lives as Christians concerns serving in the local church. In order to do this, however; it requires people stepping out of their comfort zones and being open to the needs of other believers. Guest speaker Gary Turgeon shares his journey through ministry, highlighting the importance of availability for God. Our unique spiritual gifts are not meant to be held back and left unused. We must say "yes" to serving because, without everyone's effort, the body of Christ cannot grow closer together in love.

Got any problems in your life? The reality is, with or without Jesus, life will always have challenges, lots of them. The truest indication of one's faith in God is found in times of testing and struggle. God's word, the Bible, shows us how to respond when life does not make sense, when we are fighting through the hard times. We become most like Jesus when God's word changes our response to the difficulties we face.

In addition to giving God all of our love in worship, our second purpose involves the responsibility for loving one another, that is, every person inside of the local church. This command from God is not an easy thing to do. God's family is messy and will involve lots of grace at times. However, to fully understand the love of God and mature in faith, learning to grow together is part of the test.
