This week we look to the example of Moses vs. Aaron, his brother, as we see that a humble dependence upon God leads to wisdom and to a life lived out in conformity to Christ, not to the world.

We are so easily intimidated by the dangers and troubles of this world. But God is our refuge, our rock, our fortress. We have no need to fear. He is in control.

We are called to grow while we wait for Jesus’ return. In the meantime, not everything is easy to understand in the Christian faith. We must set ourselves to the task of thinking clearly so that we might not be led astray.

The end is coming, in spite of the scoffing of naysayers. God purified the earth once, and he will do it again, but this time for re-creation. We look forward to a new heaven and a new earth.

There are many things that can side-track us in the faith. Jesus calls us to let God take care of those things while we follow him whole-heartedly with a single-minded determination.

Jesus called his potential followers to count the cost, and having done so, to never turn back. Those who lead new believers astray, and go astray themselves, place themselves in a dreadful position. Keep moving forward, believer! Never turn back.

Not every false teacher is innocently ignorant - some are willful. It isn’t only demons that want to destroy our faith. As followers of Christ we need to know the Word and refuse to follow in the footsteps of the ignorant and ungodly.

There are false teachers among you. Their desire is to throw off the authority of God and pursue greed, lusts, and power, but God will judge them. He has shown this pattern in the past, and He will certainly do it in the future. But God certainly...

The church is in no way immune to false teaching. Some false teachers teach poorly, but with good motives, many, however, are sinister. Either way, the results are disastrous, sometimes for the church—always for the false teachers. Do not be led...

God’s word is a confirmed word. We have the eye-witness testimony of the apostles to give eyes to our faith. When Christ returns, faith will give way to sight.
