On this weeks episode I speak with female sexuality coach Lynn-Dee Van Rensburg. Lynn-Dee Is a qualified sexuality coach from South Africa helping women from all over the world become the best versions of them selves and speaks about how women can feel sexy in the bedroom.

She opens up about her own journey to find her sexual prowess and how she made the discovery of the art of "Tantric Intimacy"

"In Sanskrit, the word tantra means woven together. People who practice Buddhist and Hindu meditation may also practice tantric sex as a way to “weave” the physical with the spiritual. This practice brings together spirituality and sexuality and emphasizes the importance of intimacy during a sexual experience."

On todays episode I was lucky to have been contacted by a lovely numerologist by the name of Janine . Janine is an Australian based numerologist and she opens up about her own unique experiences on how she gravitated to doing readings for a living .

You maybe wondering what is numerology?

"Numerology is the belief in the divine or mystical relationship between a number and one or more coinciding events. It is also the study of the numerical value of the letters in words, names, and ideas. It is often associated with the paranormal, alongside astrology and similar to divinatory arts."

Janine ran my numbers and in all honesty she was 100% accurate when it came to relating to my personality traits , and areas I find myself working on to becoming a better Mitch. She gives great life advice and touches on things that are yet to come .

If anyone wants my results to have a look at to get a better understanding you will be able to find them on the socials or email me and I can send you a copy .

Email me at : [email protected]

Also if you're wanting your numbers read Janine does online readings so you can have it done from anywhere in the world or if you're in Australia she is based in Sydney NSW and she can do a face to face reading.
