  • EP 67: Meet Former International Cricket Umpire "Darrell Hair"
On this episode I speak to a former international cricket umpire. Darrell Hair. He is an extremely prolific individual with a wide range of talents.
Darrell could be remembered by some by making some potentially "controversial decisions" on the cricket field. Having umpired at the highest level across all forms of cricket for over 20 years he was faced with some rather challenging decisions.
He was the Umpire that called a "No Ball" against the greatest wicket taker of all time "Muttiah Muralitharan" of Sri Lanka and was one of the umpires that found the Pakistani cricket team guilty of ball tampering.
Between all this, his time in broadcasting, being a published author and much more Darrell was generous with his time.
Sit back relax and hear him recall some amazing stories and please enjoy
