Rollercoasters are fun, exciting, and sometimes scary! Life works much the same way.

We dare to dream and feel the excitement of what is possible. Then disappointment saddles up beside us. Suddenly, that unexpected dip or turn makes the once fun ride one we want to get off of as quickly as possible. 

The trick is learning how to manage both parts: dreams & disappointments.
