Trained in both life (Co-Active) and relationship coaching, Lauren assists couples in navigating and engaging the swinging and non-monogamous community in the healthiest ways.
Lauren believes that non-monogamous relationships share the foundations of any healthy relationship, however, they need to operate at a higher level of health to accommodate the additional complexities. Lauren’s approach aims to help couples build their ideal relationships along with a lifetime of love and happiness.

About our guest: Mark's passion for Life Mastery was born from a desire to have the life he believed he was created for. About our guest: Bev is a Certified Attachment Practitioner and Founder of Securely Loved. Securely Loved is a company comprised of Relationship and Attachment Trauma Practitioners who work internationally to guide their clients through life’s odyssey.
As a child, Bev lived in a very unpredictable and chaotic environment where she never knew if she could rely on her parents to meet her emotional needs. This led her to absorb unhealthy relationship ideas based on what she was witnessing: she believed relationships were supposed to be unbalanced, uncertain, and overall chaotic.

About our guest: Dr. Orman spent 50 years of his life as an Internal Medicine doctor. Unfortunately, several of his early years of being a doctor were spent being ANGRY. Being a good doctor, Dr. Orman studied anger management, put in work to deal with his anger…but nothing seemed to help. So Dr. Orman decided to look deeper at himself and over the next 40 years became an Anger Elimination expert. He has written 23 books on how to eliminate anger and stress without using drugs, relaxation exercises or other traditional management techniques.
He is the creator of the 10-session Angry No More - anger elimination program, the Anger Internal Causes Framework, and The Ultimate Anger Elimination System. Dr. Orman has led more than 100 anger and stress elimination workshops and is passionate about helping all people find internal peace.
