I woke up mad at white people, all because of a dream. Do I have ptsd?

I have a purpose in my mind now for all this working out I’ve been doing

Ok so the title is over the top LMAO, I’m all for helping other people out, but up to a point. Even family needs to get cut off sometimes. I explore those thoughts today.

In this episode I talk about how Nike unknowingly or knowingly nailed the key to happiness, and what I think we all should be doing to improve our quality of life. I’m trying to be more of a positive person so that’s what the main premise is of this whole episode. Almost a therapy session for me telling myself what I should be doing.
