Gratitude- the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. This is the weirdest time to be grateful huh?! I know, easier said then done but listen honey I’m here with ya! I have a few tips, here’s one; What makes you sad, or feel like you’re lacking? Okay, can you do anything about that? If so, do it! If not... Sorry to hear this. Now, since it’s out of your control, think of five things that make you happy.
