This week's special guest Dr. Clemence Nyandjo, who is a Psychiatrist and Physician that specializes in mental health, shares her medical wisdom and practical biblical encouragement on how best to handle Discouragement and Depression during our troubled times.

You may not believe this but there are so many of us that are unconsciously dealing with discouragement. We are keeping up a good face but for real - we are a bit troubled. However, with all that’s been happening in our world - it stands to reason.

This month Life's Uncertain Journey Weekly Podcast desires to bombard heaven for some answers. We need to seek God for help so that our discouragement does not lead us into depression. If we are already standing on the brink of depression, we need to learn what to do to back off that brink so we won’t go over it.
