Stress is something I've always struggled with & as im sure you know it's deadline season so I thought this episode was appropriate lol. Whether you're a student or not this episode is one you need to hear. Last year my health took a bit of a wobble due to pure stress and in that moment I made a promise to myself that I would never let myself get to that point ever again and in this ep I tell that story and tell you how I've managed to keep that promise. 

This episode is probably my most raw, chatty & real yet. I go off topic 100 times, tell you about my favourite size spoon and open up about how I hate self help sometimes. You're in for a roller coaster, enjoy :)
