If you're anything like me you've been through many a quarter life crisis at the ripe age of 22. Navigating a quarter life crisis (aka just not knowing what ur doing with your life and feeling a little lost) is a HEAVY feeling. 2023 for me was the year I figured it allllll out. As someone who lives alone and works from home I quickly had to put work boundaries in place in order to stay sane. Because of this I think I have nailed how to master work life balance. As your average girly balancing normally stuff, so if you want some normal everyday, helpful, actionable advice this if for you. If you want big CEO man advice can't help ya x
