This was a fun exercise to acknowledge how others may possibly see you. As well as getting an outside perspective on yourself, in a constructive way.

Ask a close friend or family to tell you 3 words that they think best describe you. You may or may not be surprised with what they have to say. Regardless of what they say, it may open your eyes.
