Episode 45: Hey guys! Jai is back after battling bronchitis for two weeks.
At the beginning of this year, Jai was motivated and set a goal to train 300 out of the 365 days. He has pushed to achieve this goal even though he's had an injury, no equipment, during vacations, and been sick multiple times.
With the end of the year being in sight, he's on track to complete this goal because of the discipline he has created for himself. In this week's episode, Jai talks about motivation and discipline through fitness.
