Episode 11: Bullet Journaling (Bujo) is a method of organization that we've been practicing since 2020. We both were introduced to bullet journaling after reading James Clear's Atomic Habits. The bullet journal was created by Ryder Carroll. Instead of blank, lined pages, these journals are gridded with dots. This allows you to fully customize your journal in a way that works perfectly for you.
With both of our journals being completely different, we share what our set ups look like and what works for us. We discuss how its changed our lives by helping us become more organized with our daily tasks, keeping up with our habits, and decluttering our mental real estate.
We absolutely recommend this method to you if you ever feel like you don’t have enough time to do the things you want. Or to those who just want to simply take control of their life with a little more organization!
