Zach Hoereth began his real estate journey while attending Florida Gulf Coast University, initially drawn to selling million-dollar homes on the beach. However, he soon realized his passion lay in serving his hometown of Indianapolis. During his junior year of college, he purchased his first rental property, leading to further investments in properties and apartment buildings.
