A medical doctor in the Philippines specializing in Occupational Medicine, head of the Women’s Wellness department in Makati Medical Center, adviser of the Youth of Mental Health Coalition, and co-Founder of #HealthXPh. Throughout the episode, Dr. Gia Sison brings us a discussion on how social media could have an impact to one’s mental health and gives us hacks on how to avoid the pressure being in the platform.

In this very special episode of LifeToday Podcast, we have brought on Dr. Jan Monzon. A graduate of the De La Salle Medical Health and Sciences Institute College of Medicine, and top 2 in the 2017 Physician Licensure Exam. He is one of the many people at the forefront of this country’s sustained efforts to combat COVID-19 pandemic. This episode will feature Dr. Monzon’s own experience on the current situation, his insights about the mental health of the frontliners, his advices on how students can adapt to this new normal, his take on what are the expected changes in school for medical students, and his tips on how to maintain a good mental health during these trying times.
