The company, set to list on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market (AQSE) in London, UK, in late April 2022, is an investor in the financial media and technology space. Lift seeks to build a portfolio of complementary businesses operating within the financial media and related technology sectors, for example:

· Financial news websites and other forms of “new media”

· Investment research providers

· Financial PR, IR, design and marketing agencies

· Production studios and visual content providers

· Technology platforms that facilitate capital raising and/or lending
