Jimmy “The Brick” Flick is a mixed martial artist out of Sand Springs Oklahoma he has a professional record of 16-7 with a remarkable 14 submissions. He currently fights in the UFC with an upcoming fight against Malcom Gordon on January 20 in Toronto Canada on UFC 297.

Austin Long was the first guest we had on the podcast way back on season 1 episode 2. He is also the Co-Host of an upcoming podcast called Formerly Wedded, a compelling podcast which he is developing with his Ex-wife on navigating through the complexities of Divorce, co-parenting and the challenges that all that presents. Gunny Ski (Joe Pawlowski) is a life long martial artist and former active-duty United States Marine. He served in the Marine Corps in the 1970s and after the tragic events on September 11, 2001, he decided to answer the call of duty once more. It took him a couple years to get in the proper physical condition and in 2003 he re-enlisted in the Marines. At the age of 50, Gunny Ski (at the time Staff sergeant Ski) deployed to Iraq with Battery F, 2rd Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment. This is an artillery unit that used the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS).

As mentioned earlier he is a lifelong martial artist who has training in serval styles and has earned four black belts.

Tommy Sealock is a martial arts enthusiast, having trained multiple disciplines, he’s currently a purple belt in BJJ and has won a title in Oklahoma in boxing. He currently works as a learning and development manager for Cargomatic and is an ISSA certified personal trainer, as well as a movie actor and the assistant Fire Chief for Frontier Fire Department in Osage County Oklahoma. Kenneth is an entrepreneur, as well as a martial artist. He operates a car wash in Broken Arrow OK.
