On this episode, I address Mental Health as there is still a stigma surrounding this topic, preventing those who are in need to heal. It wasn't until recently that I realized I was one of those people who needed healing before I could fully devote myself to helping others. So today, I confront never before shared details of my past, and also share the perspective I've adapted that's kept me moving forward.
