On the final episode, I bring everything full circle! I'm catching you up on what I've been up to, and the additional steps I've taken to get myself out of the season that was affecting me so much. Sometimes, life requires you to re-learn yourself. We experience so many different changes at many different points of our lives, it's important that we understand how to maintain the good and manage the difficult. You may also find the difficult changes to be trauma resurfacing in different ways. Heal. Heal. Heal. Take the time that you need to Heal. Use the resources you have to Heal. Put the work in to Heal. I promise, on the other side of that healing is a better, healthier, and happier you. The message here is a recurring one. No matter how challenging life gets, do not allow giving up on yourself to be an option.

On this episode, I speak openly about the increased level of anxiety I’ve been experiencing and how it’s affected me personally. ⁣

Focus plays a huge role in this. I took some time to research how to focus on the positives and “what is” vs. the negatives in the scenarios I’d create in my mind. ⁣

Tune in as I share some exercises that helps when your mind starts wandering in the wrong direction. ⁣

Episode 2 will highlight my thoughts surrounding my mood swings and the overthinking that has brought them on. This has by far been one of my biggest challenges to overcome in this phase, simply because this isn’t something that just impacts me, but those around as well.

Often times, negative thinking can shape everything around you - from how you see yourself, how you see others, the aura you give off and your decisions. I talk through my experience, and how those around me have played a key role in keeping me grounded.

Season M3 starts out with me simply talking through it…

A crucial conversation with a not so nice client helped me realize that only I could give power to the negativity spewed my way.

This episode was the turning point in all I had been dealing with over the last 12 or so months. I did things differently and decided not to sit in my thoughts and simply talk through how the interaction made me feel.

If you don’t have anyone you can “talk through it” with, give yourself a listening ear. Fill your mind with positive thoughts and affirmations.

The experiences I've endured along the way.. - the doubt, the worry, the "NO's", the discouragement, the restless nights - all were necessary for me to get here and to be able to accept and appreciate this point in my life. I've never been more FULL, happier, and secure with my vision and my life than I am in this moment. None of which would have happened, if I hadn't taken the leap towards a New Beginning.

We've made it to the Mid-Season Finaleeee!! For this episode, I'll be talking about how incredible of a journey this has been so far. From starting off with a podcast, to the goals accomplished along the way, and to ultimately growing this into a much bigger opportunity than I could have imagined. I want to thank you all so much for rocking with me so far, and I cannot wait for you guys to see what's to come!
