It wasn't until recently that I realized I was one of those people who needed healing before I could fully devote myself to helping others. So today, I confront never before shared details of my past, and also share the perspective I've adapted that's kept me moving forward. Join me as I release the fears, release the past, and release the trauma that has defined me for far too long. "Love yourself enough to know that when something, or someone does not serve you, you must walk away. Love yourself to know that your trauma does not define you.
