William H. (Hank) Henderson has served as President of America's Car-Mart since May 2002. From 1999 until May 2002, Mr. Henderson served as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previous to that, from 1992 through 1998, Mr. Henderson served as General Manager and from 1987 to 1992, Mr. Henderson primarily held the positions of District Manager and Regional Manager. Mr. Henderson has served as Vice Chairman of the Board since May 2004 and as a director since September 2002.
