A heart that has never been broken is a heart that has never had the chance to be handled by the Creator.

For the last seven days, we have been unpacking the mess. We’ve looked at the tears, the stress, the regrets, and the fire. It has been heavy. But today, we stop looking at the shards of glass on the floor and we start looking at the One who knows how to put them back together.

Because You are not a "failed" version of yourself… you are a soul in the middle of a reconstruction.

Why do we treat our anger like a shameful secret? never realizing that by trying to kill the fire, we are actually putting out our own light.

Anger is not your enemy. anger, in its purest form, is the fire that guards the gates of your self-worth. It is the part of you that says, "This is not right. I was not created to be treated this way."

The goal of faith is not to extinguish your fire… it is to learn how to use it to light the way, rather than burning the house down.

It is one thing to lose your wealth. It is another to lose your health. But there is a unique, suffocating terror in losing your good name.

When a trial comes directly from Allah—like a sickness or a sudden loss—there is a certain purity to the pain.

The deepest wounds are never inflicted by our enemies, they are inflicted by the people who had the map to our vulnerabilities.

The past is the only place in the universe where you have zero power, yet it is where most of us spend our greatest energy.

You are trying to edit a book that has already been published.

The word "If" is the ink of regret. It is a refusal to accept the ink that has already dried. We act as if we are the sole authors of our story, forgetting that every plot twist, every chapter, and every closed door was written by the One who knows the end from the beginning.

When we talk about faith, we usually talk about the invisible. We talk about the heart, the soul, and the intention. But we forget that this soul is housed in clay. We forget that every trial you go through, every night you spend in silence, and every time you force yourself to stand back up when you want to stay down—it leaves a mark

The Shama'il is the study of the Prophet (ﷺ) physical appearance. today, we are looking at the Unspoken Shama'il. We are looking at the grey hairs, the heavy sighs, and the physical cost of being the most beloved to Allah in a world that is often cruel.

Why do bad things happen to people who are trying so hard to be good?

You pray. You give charity. You try to keep your heart clean. And yet, you are the one who loses the job. You are the one who gets the diagnosis. You are the one watching your family fall apart while the people who have forgotten Allah seem to be living in paradise.

We are told, to Have patience." We are told, "It’s a test, Allah knows best” But when the pain is sharp enough, those words don't feel like comfort. They feel like a closed door.

The "Wisdom in the Wound" is the realization that Allah’s refusal to give you what you want is often His greatest mercy. He is protecting you from a King you cannot see, or saving a Treasure you are not yet strong enough to hold.🤍

We’ve been conditioned to believe that a strong Muslim is a bulletproof one. We treat our tears like spiritual failures, hiding our red eyes as if we’ve committed a crime against Tawakkul.

But if tears were a sign of weak faith, the eyes of the Prophet ﷺ would have been dry. Your tears aren’t a leak in your Iman; they are a Divine release valve designed by the Creator to keep your heart from hardening into a rock.

Stop apologizing for the way Allah designed you to heal. Your grief isn't a sign that you’ve lost your way—it’s a sign that your heart is still alive💌

Stop performing and start healing. Most of us carry the heavy burden of trying to be the “Perfect Muslim”, fearing that our struggles makes us unworthy of Allah’s love.
