Karla asked Ria a question last night that changed the way he viewed life. Though-out this entire episode he felt it was necessary to comment on. Its definitely safe to say, that this episode is better listened to rather than read about. There is no right or wrong answer how to properly support an immune system. At least thats what I thought, prior to listening to the episode! Both Ria & Karla took to this episode to break down exactly where & how they went wrong with supporting their immune system. The moment they kicked some bad habits to the curb. Their health issues soon followed, one thing is for sure we all are on a quest for improving our health. Maybe, just maybe they might have said something that POSSIBLY could have made sense. If you were able to agree with their previous episode we're almost certain that you'll be able to agree with this one as well.
