Conscious Conversations Series 🙆🏽‍♀️ Marisol shares about how she believed she would have children at a certain age and how she now realizes no matter what age or social class it’s still difficult to balance life and a child, how she allowed her mind to make her believe she wasn’t ‘good’ enough or able to do certain things and how she is now aware that it’s all in the mind. Transition Series: MeOooooow 🤗 Transitions exist in our lives in so many dimensions and timeline’s. We transition from one task to another, one relationship to another, season’s, rebirth’s, awareness, beliefs systems, habit’s 🤷🏽‍♀️ so much tbh. By recognizing it we can become more compassionate with our Self through moments that may be tough on us emotionally or physically. I share my opinion on a couple more things ✌🏽😎 You know how I be overflowing sometimes 🫀🌊 and if you don’t know… 🤷🏽‍♀️ now you know 👻 I love you. I invite you to stay true to you a little more today. I invite you to embody the observer a little more each day so that you may be more aware of what you are going through and how that is linked to your emotional and physical body. Then I invite you to actively tend to your Self daily, as you would if your best friend if they were going through the same thing 🙂.
