Randy, Vanessa, Whitney and I were on our way to dinner and I was able to capture a segment of our conversation. I learned how to pray from many different sources, which all lead to one Source 😏 The Most Compassionate, The Divine Mother & Father, The God Of Infinite Names. I invite you to take 5min and 22 seconds to tap out of your current reality and align with all that is. ☺️. You are worthy of gifting your Self a healthy daily practice. Doing this at least once a day will increase peace, lower stress and help quiet the mind.
