Ben, an ex-military, ex-police officer now firefighter/first responder, leans in to the realness of being in this industries and the dynamics of the life he has seen. 

We lean into PTSD and stress in this industries.

His mission in these aspects has helped him to grow as a man, as a member of a community, in his work but also in his pursuit with his purpose in life (which he is still figuring out… aren’t we all)

Ben was raised in a devout Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) household with both parents and four brothers. 

He joined the Marine Corps Reserve as a tanker in 2008 (never deployed). 

He served an LDS mission to the Boston area and became a law enforcement officer in 2013. 

He was involved in an officer involved shooting in 2014 which changed the way he saw his career at the time. 

He switched from law enforcement to a career fire/ems department in 2021. 

He lost a former supervisor and good friend in Law Enforcement to suicide in 2021 which has opened him up to speak about suicide awareness. 

He married in 2016, divorced in 2019 and currently reside in Casper WY.

Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Alana danced from coast to coast perusing her love of theatre dance. Starting in Oakland, CA where she received a BA in Dance, she then moved to NYC to study at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater School. 
Several injuries landed Alana in a yoga studio where she says the rest is history. 
Yoga gave Alana the tools to heal from the inside out, a gift that keeps on giving.

I just finished a trek in the mountains of Guatemala. A 3 day trek to be exact, sleeping in the mountains in tents, hardly any bathrooms, cold AF at night.
