Lighter Mornings

This week, the lighter mornings have reminded me to truly soak in the nature surrounding me. When out walking, the light that shines through the trees as the sun rises leaves me looking forward to the spring and summer months ahead. It also helps me connect with myself and rejuvenates my senses.

As the mornings gradually become lighter, I hope this meditation helps you take a moment to sit and breathe somewhere comfortable and reflect on your week.
