Lighthouse of Hope Church (LOH Church)

We are in the aftermath of a week of wondrous impact in our community! God sent a warrior to our city - and know we have to ask - WHAT NOW?

“My only fear was that I would deny him. I don’t know if I could forgive myself if I denied him.”

At LOH we are dedicated to building the Kingdom, supporting our missionaries who spread the gospel both NEAR and FAR. We stand firm with these men and women of intense faith in believing both Jesus’ command to reach the whole world and His promise that they will receive the Holy Spirit’s power to do it.

"Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."

"and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead."

We will be tempted at times to jump to conclusions - conclusions about God , ourselves and others. What if God is challenging us to look beyond the NOW?

“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
