The message of the gospel is definite because the purpose of Christ is definite. The specificity of this message shows the intent of the Lord. It's all about what He has done in Christ for the forgiveness of our sins. Once this emphasis is absent the gospel hasn't been preached.

There's that which God has called us to do. There's a specific role we have to play towards the cause of Christ. That is our assignment. Our call. It's something we must find out and go about it diligently and obediently.

The end of the gospel is that men may have life upon hearing and believing. Good behaviour without this life is as good as nothing. Salvation is God's plan for man. Without this life nothing one does irrespective of how good it is counts.

In staying with divine purpose we must discern voices. The pressure to impress people and displease God is increasing daily. To stick with God's purpose for your life you must discern the voices that sway you out of God's purpose for your life.

Fear can spread in the air such that the weak hearted could be affected greatly by it. There's nothing good about fear. Many battles weren't lost on the battlefront. They were lost in the mind. One fear dominates the mind the battle is half way lost. One there's fear thick in the air it's possible for those around to become fearful too.

The end of salvation is sonship. The freedom purchased for us by the blood of Jesus was towards the raising up of sons. To the degree the Spirit of God indwells you is to the degree you remain a son of God.

Only believe. These two words are one of the greatest words Jesus spoke when He walked the earth. Faith is the trigger of power. As long as there's faith, there must be the manifestation of power. Today and always keep your faith alive.

As we grow in our walk with God we also learn to set our priorities right. It takes discipline to stay focused and consistent in the things of God.

We must have an inclination towards prayer in such a way that nobody is comfortable not being a part of it. Prayer isn't for a selected group. It's the live wire of the church. The church is the house of prayer hence every believer has a responsible therein to endure prayers are made for every purpose that's apostolic.

The redemptive work of Christ remains the access to the glorious life of God. That life is the proof of our redemption. It is the proof of our sonship. It is the very life of God. It's eternal hence everything that comes with it is eternal and that includes our sonship.
