I saw a post on my mama's story, that triggered what happened to me in 2016. I don't know if I should say, I was almost a victim of sexual abuse, I'd deleted this post before, just thought it might be helpful for someone, maybe you.

Most of the time we are asked to start with what we have or who we are, but what can we do when who we are is not enough or doesn't feel like what the world needs.

If I could go back in time to tell my younger one thing, it would be that she should live at her pace. I believe the same applies to us all; we are often worried about what people would think, that we start living in hurry or lesser than we should.

There are times, we face things that would want to steal our joy away, but here's a message for you, no matter what? SMILE This episode is inspired by Miles Carter.
