Karen shares with us how what we have experienced growing up or from traumas in our life decide 90% of of our decision making. I found this interesting…and even concerning.

Life for her wasn’t always how it is now. To many people may look her and see who she was when she was younger, but INSIDE she is a completely different person. Just like a computer, she has installed a whole new operating system. She has deleted old files & replaced them with new programs instead (i.e. habits, beliefs, thoughts etc) and revolutionized her internal world, shifting the way she thinks and what she believes about herself. Everything comes from within – ‘as within, so without’. It’s been life-changing for her and she wants it the same for you!
