Mybe just a little too long, I would accept that it could do with a bridge (?) although the chorus is repeated after each verse and a repetition of the last verse. However, when I started this project to bring ALL my songs upto date. I decided to keep the lyrics as written, except for glaring errors, Otherwise it woul take me far too long. I have somewhere between 250-300 songs. I kept the first 200 or so in notebooks, so they are well indexed and numbered. This particular song was written in 7th June 1981.

One morning on the way to work, I drove past a pub called "the phoenix" and started singing the chorus......
