This week Jayverlyn and Stevens discuss the Snyder Cut release of Justice League, Zack Snyder’s original vision for DC Comics as it pertains to Justice League. They compare and contrast Justice League 2017 release that was butchered by Joss Whedon, and Justice League 2021, Zack Snyder’s original vision. New hero and villains introduced in the #SnyderCut and so much more character development and back story that brought everything full circle as a team. Not to mention Superman in his iconic black suit and a few other things that made this cut feel like an entirely different movie. First they discuss family; Jayverlyn talks about why she loves hanging out with her aunts. Then they discuss how blessed Jayverlyn has been to have met 9 of 12 grandparents, 6 of which, are still alive vs Stevens only ever knowing just 2 of his grandparents. Jayverlyn and Stevens talk about the upcoming Justice League: Snyder Cut movie launching on HBO MAX on 3/18/2021 and the difference between this original director’s cut vs what we saw in theaters. Lastly, Jayverlyn and Stevens discuss why Gina Carano, the actress that plays Cara Dune on the Disney+ hit show, The Mandalorian, got fired from Lucasfilm, and what a mistake that was.
