In part 4 of the continuing talks with Lilek from Extinction Rebellion, we look at some of the specific practices that the Earth Holders Berlin engage in.

In the days between podcasts 3 and 4, the Deep Time Walk took place and I was able to join the walk and found it peacefully inspiring. I won’t give away spoilers as I think it should be experienced, but it is also a great method for communicating any concepts of time, space and transition while being outside in public, and in nature.
