There are two elements to today’s podcast. First is the new jingle and second is the latest talk with Lilek, who today is representing Lilek. The new jingle has been produced for me by the artist Omish Njash from Kenya. For more wonderful sounds from Omish, follow this link:

The point at which the debate really begins in this episode is here:
Me: Can I make that connection?
Lilek: No of course you can’t.
Lilek then goes on to explain why.
Yet she also goes on to tell me about what her great teacher Thich Nhat Hanh taught her and that is that it is enough to be a “part-time Buddha.” Meditation helps you to deal with what is there, even though it might be very uncomfortable. The path is your anchor.
These may seem very theoretical concepts but in fact, they are all completely attainable in any moment, in every moment, practically and literally.
We even do a quick Mindfulness/in the moment exercise which is something I am now becoming used to through my Yoga.
Thank you again Lilek for your time and I look forward to our next talk.
Enjoy!

Should I really have to ask? 😉 If you like the developing story of this social journey unfurling in my series of podcasts, feel more than free, feel partially responsible for spreading the word by subscribing and sharing and where possible, liking. It is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Oh, and if there is a possibility to do some rating, that would be nice as well. Thank you.
PS. The transcript has been generated automatically and has no punctuation. I hope however that it will still provide some clarity on the content.
