Many of us spend years trying to hide, avoid, or outrun the wounds life has left behind. Yet often, the very experiences that hurt us most are the ones that can teach us the deepest truths about ourselves, others, and what truly matters. When I choose reflection over resentment and healing over bitterness, those wounds can become teachers that lead to compassion, discernment, strength, and peace. I will share what becomes possible when we stop asking, "Why did this happen to me?" and begin asking, "What can this experience teach me?"
