  • Where The Hell Are My People? Making Friends as a Grown Ass Woman

Making friends as a grown ass woman is weird.

When I moved from Florida to California, I thought I would just...meet people. Apparently that is not how this shit works.

In this episode of Limitless AF, we’re talking about what it really looks like to find your people as an adult. The fake “we should get together” conversations that never turn into plans, wanting friendship versus actually having room for it, why every woman you meet does NOT need to become your friend, and why new friendships need time to become the kind of friendships we’re used to having.

I’m also sharing how one TikTok asking “Where the hell are my people?” turned into the Sacramento Area Women’s Social Club and made me realize just how many grown women are out here asking the exact same damn question.

Your people might be out there looking for you too. But at some point, somebody has to make the first move.

  • Not Everyone Can Go With You: Outgrowing Friendships Without Guilt

You already know the friendship has run its course. You already know the relationship is running on history and nothing else. You already know the only time certain people reach out is when they need something from you.

You know. So why are you still there?

In this episode we are getting into the relationships that have expired and why women keep showing up for them anyway. The friendships running on fumes and obligation. The family dynamics built around a version of you that does not exist anymore. The connections you have been grading on a curve because letting go would mean admitting you misjudged them in the first place.

We are also talking about something nobody wants to sit with. The possibility that someone has outgrown you. Not because something is wrong with you. Because people change and not every relationship can hold the weight of who you are becoming.

    We are getting into:

    • Why most women don't struggle with letting go of bad relationships they struggle with admitting they were wrong about them

    • The difference between loyalty and obligation dressed up in a prettier word

    • What moving accordingly actually looks like when you stop performing it

    • Why the relationship was never running on connection it was running on your effort

Not everyone can go with you on this journey. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you stop wasting energy on people who already left.

  • Your Standards Mean Nothing If You Break Them for Attention

You spent all last season talking about enforcing your standards. Making decisions that align with your actual values. Stopping the performance and living what you say you believe.

So what kind of hypocrite takes a whole summer off and then comes back unapologetic about it?

    This kind.

In this episode I am getting into why the break was not a mistake, why the algorithm does not get a vote in how I run my life, and why burnt out content hurts the people you are actually trying to serve. I am also talking about what the summer actually looked like, the joy, the grief, the move, the Jordan year, and yes, the hair.

Season 3 is here and it is not coming in soft.

  • The Strong Friend: Why Nobody Checks on the Woman Who Has Her Sh*t Together

You built something real. You have your life together. You handle your business, you love your family, you don't fall apart in public. And because of all of that the people around you made a decision without asking you a single thing.

    They decided you're fine.

No phone calls. No check ins. No showing up for your kids or your moments. But let somebody else have a crisis? They will book a flight, drive a hundred miles, drop absolutely everything. And then have the audacity to come to your city and not say a word until you see it on social media.

That is what we are talking about today. The capable tax. The unspoken punishment for having your shit together. And why the people who keep falling apart keep getting everybody while the woman who keeps it all together keeps getting assumed about.

I speak from experience on this one. And I am done being quiet about it.

    We are getting into:

    • Why she stopped asking and what that really means

    • How her accomplishments became the reason she got left out

    • Why chaos gets rewarded and stability gets ignored

    • What she wants you to know even though she stopped saying it out loud

  • Why You Stayed Even When You Knew the Relationship Was Wrong

You knew around month six, maybe even earlier that something felt off and you registered it, but still stayed for years.

This episode is for the woman who is still trying to figure out why she did that. Not why he wasn't right. You already know that, but why you kept overriding what you felt, waiting for things to get bad enough to justify leaving something you already knew wasn't working.

In this episode, we're getting into:

    • Why you didn't trust your gut when it was telling you everything you needed to know

    • The investment trap and how it convinced you that leaving meant you were wrong

    • Why you kept waiting for things to get worse before you gave yourself permission to go

    • What would have had to be different inside of you for you to leave sooner

You didn't need more time. You needed to trust yourself sooner.

  • Business Hours: Boundaries Don't Mean Sh*t If You Won't Enforce Them

You saw the post. You liked it. You probably shared it. And then you answered the 10 PM text anyway.

That gap between the recognition and the action is exactly what this episode is about.

Business hours for emotional support went viral because thousands of women exhaled at the same time. Not because it was a new idea. Because someone finally named what they'd been performing their way around for years.

The woman who actually set those hours didn't get applause from the people in her life. She got confusion and guilt trips. "I just thought you were there for me."

The internet loved it. Real life is a different conversation.

In this episode, we're getting into:

    • Why recognition is not the same as readiness

    • What's actually underneath the availability and why it's not just habit

    • The real reason the standard collapses at 9 PM when someone you love is reaching out

    • The difference between having a limit and having an intention

If you've never let someone experience the actual consequence of your unavailability, you don't have a standard. You have a thought you haven't acted on yet.

  • Starting Over Won’t Work If You Bring the Same Sh*t With You

Starting over is not the problem.

Sometimes the relationship needs to end. The city needs to change. The job needs to go. A fresh start can be one of the most powerful decisions a woman makes and this episode is not here to tell you otherwise.

But there is a difference between a fresh start that actually changes your life and one that just changes your scenery and most women can't tell which one they're doing until they end up in the same place again.

In this episode, we're talking about the one thing that determines whether your next chapter delivers a different outcome and it has nothing to do with where you go or who you leave behind.

    We're getting into:

    • Why starting over without taking inventory keeps you in the same cycle

    • The number one question women are asking right now — and what it's really telling you

    • Why self-awareness is not the work — it's the prerequisite

    • The one question that separates a real fresh start from a repeat

    • What the Pattern Reset diagnostic quiz is designed to help you see before you take your next step

If you've ever started over and somehow ended up in the same place, this conversation is for you.

  • Why You Keep Choosing the Same Person in a Different Body

    You've done this before.

Different person. Different situationship. Different excuse. Same ending. Same confusion. Same quiet moment where you think...why does this keep happening to me?

It's not bad luck. It's not the apps. It's not that good people don't exist anymore.

It's a pattern. And you've been feeding it every time you overrode what you knew to keep something going.

In this episode, Andrea is getting into the part nobody wants to sit with, the tolerance gap. The space between what you say you require and what you actually accept when it shows up in real time. That gap is where cycles live. And until it closes, the ending doesn't change. Just the name does.

    Inside this episode:

    • Why your nervous system calls red flags "chemistry"

    • The moment every cycle actually begins — and it's not when it ends

    • Why butterflies are not data

    • What has to shift before anything else can

New season. Same tolerance. Same result. You already know this.

The question is what you're going to do about it.

  • Why Relationships Feel Heavy When You Keep Abandoning Yourself

Love doesn’t usually fall apart all at once.  It gets heavy first.

In this episode of Limitless AF, I’m talking about the real reason love starts feeling exhausting and it has nothing to do with not caring enough.

This isn’t about communication skills. It’s not about trying harder and it’s not about managing your partner.

It’s about the gap between what women say they want in relationships and what they’re willing to tolerate to keep them.

Inside this episode, we talk about:

    • Why love without standards turns into endurance

    • How self-trust fades before attraction does

    • The cost of staying aligned with history instead of truth

    • What shifts when you stop negotiating yourself in relationships

This is a grounded, honest conversation for women who are ready to stop pretending and start choosing from clarity , especially as Valentine’s Day approaches.

Because when you stop abandoning yourself, love doesn’t have to feel so heavy.

  • They’re Following the Standard You Allow

This episode is not about blame. It’s not about boundaries. And it’s definitely not about fixing yourself.

People don’t take advantage of you by accident. They follow the standard you keep allowing. And that sentence makes a lot of women uncomfortable not because it’s wrong, but because it removes the villain.

In this episode, I’m breaking down why patterns persist even when you “know better,” why boundaries collapse without internal standards, and why calling something confusion is often a way to avoid making a decision.

We’re talking about:• Why patterns don’t continue because they’re hidden. They continue because they’re allowed• The difference between boundaries you say and standards you enforce• Why “knowing your worth” means nothing if your behavior contradicts it• How over-explaining, rescuing, and staying too long trains people how to treat you• What real authority looks like when you stop negotiating with yourself

If you’ve been tolerating what you already know isn’t okay, explaining instead of deciding, or calling avoidance patience, this conversation will hit home.

This episode won’t hype you up. It will sharpen your awareness and leave the responsibility where it belongs.
