In the second session of the "Limitless and Free — A Life Without Compromise" online retreat, David Hoffmeister reminds us that the overall title for these online retreats "Awakening from the Dream" is because we are not trying to improve ourselves or make the world a better place; Who we are is already perfect and doesn’t need improvement. He also shares that the reason why we do not experience the limitlessness and freedom we yearn for is because we have taken on a very false sense of personal responsibility.

Constant maintenance of a personal body, a family, a community, or the world is a false responsibility that stems from being deeply wound into a personal self concept that keeps us compromising on a daily basis and ties us to a world of form. You are not responsible for anything in time and space, your only responsibility is to answer the Call for God and accept the Atonement; Jesus will take care of everything else!
