It is the state of our heart and the state of our mind. It is not a structure, it is not an institution, it is not a theology, it has no history and no future. This instant is the only time there is. We pray together for God to use our perception so that perception may disappear. We hand over all our past learning to let it disappear. We hand over all of our future goals and future ambitions to let them disappear.

Let my voice be mute before your silence. Let my ears be quiet so that I may listen within and hear your gentle voice, gentle reminders, and gentle instructions. You are always blessing me, always kind, and always certain that there is no love but God's. We have come to this retreat to move beyond theory, beyond learning, to practice and experience. We want a direct experience of your love. We dedicate this time together to opening our hearts and minds to experience you in all your glory and all our glory.

The movie symbolizes the journey from darkness to light, where the ego throws up distractions to divert us from following our intuition. However, through prayer and desire, we can overcome these distractions and achieve the light. The ego's advice to figure things out is unnecessary, as everything is internal. With a strong prayer in our hearts, we can overcome external obstacles and experience the light of God.

This description portrays the human condition as an absurd parody, where people seek something unknown. Jesus emphasizes that in heaven when you knock, the door will be opened. He advises against seeking outside oneself, which leads to disappointment when idols fall. Instead, he points to an inner identity obscured by false beliefs and desires, which are always available for discovery. This inner journey is about uncovering that true identity.

In this movie workshop on forgiveness, Jesus aims to help us understand that time is a reflection of our consciousness, not a linear sequence. The linear perspective often used to perceive grievances spreads them out over time. These grievances represent the ego, and the sleeping mind is addicted to linear time. Newtonian physics, studied by Sir Isaac Newton through the scientific method, deals with linear time. However, quantum physicists like Einstein realized that time is not linear but relative.

Jesus teaches that everything we perceive through our five senses is the past; all perceived experiences are part of a dream. The field of forgiveness, as described by quantum physicists, is a realm where everything exists simultaneously. Time is an illusion, breaking reality into parts like time and space. This egoic concept has turned this field into a line, making us believe it is real. Karma, the belief that past pain and suffering can be repeated, is another aspect of this illusion. However, quantum physics teaches us that time is simultaneous, and it should be as easy to return to the past as moving into the future. This concept is mind-blowing for the human being.

The projected world of space and time is an ego trick, diverting our attention to external discomfort instead of recognizing it within the mind. This belief in separation and a fall from grace is a mental construct that needs to be exposed and released. The ego is intricate, with layers of illusions and varying levels. Our heartfelt prayer is, “Give me the simple life,” yet we often don’t even know what that simplicity truly is.

Jesus and Buddha teach the middle way: “The kingdom of heaven is within.” They guide us not to change the projected world but to understand that it is an illusion. Jesus teaches that the world is a trick and that nothing we see has inherent meaning. 

Our central problem is believing that nothing is something, and once we interpret it as something, we mistakenly call it real. Jesus instructs us to forget the world and come to God with empty hands, emphasizing the importance of contemplating our true nature and the nature of God. This teaching highlights the necessity of recognizing the unreality of our thoughts and experiences.
