This session with David Hoffmeister and Urpi Milla explores the profound gift of silence—not as an absence, but as a presence that welcomes us home. Through spontaneous dialogue, we are reminded that silence is not a small gift—it is the reward that was always there, waiting for our return.

The conversation gently unfolds into a recognition of the Holy Spirit’s use of the body for communication, and the realization from Workbook Lesson 169 that “the things to come are already past.” As we reflect on the ego’s illusion of control, we are invited to laugh, to relax, and to let God’s grace wash over the mind.
