Sacrifices
I was on a podcast yesterday doing an interview with Samuel Smith
We talked about the SACRIFICES that have to be made
He said one thing that couldn't be more TRUE
The rise to the TOP is LONELY
You will have to SACRIFICE a lot to RISE up
I know this because it's TRUE
You will SACRIFICE going out with my friends to meet a DEADLINE
You will SACRIFICE your INCOME to build your business
You will SACRIFICE your SLEEP to meet your GOALS
You will SACRIFICE your COMFORT to learn and be better
You will SACRIFICE whatever it TAKES because you believe in YOURSELF
When you look BACK at what you have created
It will all be WORTH it đź’Ż

"Live Limitless"
Let me share my story with you and hope to help some of you understand you're true potential.
2018- I was separated from the US NAVY under Honorable conditions due to being dropped two ranks from E-5 down to E-3 (For all my civilians, that's like going from supervisor to cleaning the bathrooms)
2019- I got a job as an acquisition manager helping people get out of timeshares that were run by a "good friend" of mine who ended up screwing me out of 30,000 dollars in commission. Soon after I went to San Diego, CA to then start working security and ended up in the club scene. Well from there I started partying from Thursday-Sunday Ingesting every drug you can think of and wasting my life for 3% on every table I sold.
2020- I got the chance to work for our previous president Mr. Donald Trump, and this was where I traveled for 6-8 months and was at every rally in the US controlling 25,000 people to make sure his speech did not get interrupted. The problem was I would make a good amount of money and go back to San Diego and continue to party and do drugs..my life was going nowhere.
2021- I moved to Orlando FL where I thought I met the love of my life to soon realize that the person would make the biggest change in my life by realizing I need to eliminate the toxicity and negative influences to move forward.
May 2021- Limitless Coaching was put into full effect and partnered with the top companies in the world for meal prep services, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and 1st Phorm for all supplements.
July 2021- I now run one of the TOP Online Coaching businesses of 2021 specializing in CEOs, Veterans, and first responders. We are partnered with two veteran nonprofits totaling 57,000 veterans and now I provide consulting to other coaches to make an even bigger impact in the world that we all live in.
The moral of this story is DO NOT GIVE UP!
We are meant to Execute, Fail, and then you will SUCCEED
Keep Going and Never STOP!

Taylor Reed- 29
Grew up in Southeastern Colorado outside of a small town called Wiley. Roughly 400 people.
I am the youngest of 5.
Raised livestock as well as helping my dad, grandpa, and uncle farm. By the time I was 12, my brother
and I had a little over 500 goats and 150 head of cattle that we took care of. I was extremely passionate
about sports. My summers as a teenager were spent traveling the state playing on an all-star baseball
team. During the school year, I was immersed in football and basketball.
Won a couple of state titles in high school my sophomore year, football and baseball. Was quarterback on
the football team and was a pitcher/outfielder in baseball.
Was 1 of 12 players selected from the Midwest to play in the USA vs. Canada bowl game for 6-man
football.
Received a scholarship to play basketball at Otero Jr. College
Helped my cousins start a roustabout company in the oilfield industry when I was 19.
By the time I was 22 I was a construction supervisor and had 40 men working underneath me building
production facilities.
Addiction has always been prevalent in my life. I began drinking when I was 3, was getting blackout
drunk by the time I was 8. First started taking pain pills when I was 12. The first time I tried cocaine was the
same day we won the state title in football when I was 14. First tried heroin when I was 16.
I lost my scholarship for basketball due to a MIP, so after my 1 st semester I dropped out and began
working in the oilfield shortly after.
While I was in the oilfield, I had to have surgery for a hernia and when the Dr prescribed me pain pills,
that rekindled the fire for my addiction. After my pills ran out, I switched over to heroin.
I battled with my sobriety until I was 25 when I first entered treatment. It was a 30-day program and I
used it the second I got home. The next year was a struggle, barely maintained a job and was losing the
trust and respect of those that knew me. A couple of months before I went back to treatment for the
second time, I tried to overdose on heroin. Taking my life was the only way that I saw out.
The second round of treatment was the same outcome. Relapsed shortly after getting home.
After several months, I reached a new “rock bottom”. In a months’ time, I nearly overdosed the morning
of my brother's wedding, I had another failed suicide attempt by overdosing, went on a high-speed
chase, and landed up in county jail.
I was fortunate that the judge sentenced me to complete a long-term treatment center versus going to
prison for 5 years.
I competed in my first bodybuilding contest while I was in treatment and have been pursuing that ever
since.

Core Values
I was on a Call last night with about 30 Individuals
Every single one of these people are apart of APEX
During this call we had a guest speaker who is also my booking agent for Limitless Coaching
His name is Matt El Capitan
One thing that really STOOD out from him speaking
Was that he focused on three main AREAS when it comes to his clients
Honor
Courage
Commitment
I resonated with this being in the NAVY for 8 Years
All three of these VALUES hold the utmost importance
Honor you have representing your clients
The courage you have to PUSH forward when things get hard
The commitment you make day in and day out no matter what to get the job done
This is what is going to MAKE you stand out
And ultimately BE the BEST at what you do
Let me ask YOU
What are your CORE values?
“Live Limitless”
Opportunities
When we think about the amount of OPPORTUNITY
That is PRESENTED to ourselves
It’s honestly MIND blowing
We live in a WORLD where at this DAY and AGE
You can do ANYTHING you put your MIND to
The OPPORTUNITY is right in FRONT of you
The PROBLEM is we don’t take the NEXT step
We tell OURSELVES we aren’t good ENOUGH
We don’t DESERVE it
In all REALITY
You DESERVE it ALL
Let me ASK you something
Are you SLEEPING on the OPPORTUNITY to be better
Be STRONGER
Be SMARTER
Be FASTER
I’ve SLEPT on opportunities most of my LIFE
Then I WOKE the FUCK up
“Live Limitless”
Believe and you will Achieve
That is the TRUTH
When you are able to TRULY look at yourself
When you are able to IDENTIFY within yourself
When you are able to BELIEVE in yourself
You will be ABLE to UNDERSTAND me
I did NOT believe in myself at FIRST
I saw this ONLINE coach was doing THIS
I wanted to BE just like THEM
I MEASURED myself against everyone
I SOON realized they DONT matter
I started to FOCUS on myself
What do I BELIVE?
What do I want to ACHIEVE?
Once you START doing that
Then YOU will believe in YOURSELF
“Live Limitless”
Focus
Is a SUPER POWER that we ALL HAVE
but it's the one thing we LACK most of the time
We have a GOAL in mind
We know what need to be DONE
BUT We are prone to 100’s upon thousands of
DISTRACTIONS
We lose FOCUS on the task at HAND
You have to UNDERSTAND something
Every day of OUR life we encounter THIS
It is up to YOU to remain FOCUSED
Don’t let OUTSIDE influences impact your DECISIONS
“Live Limitless”
We are Human
We are meant to make MISTAKES
We learn from these MISTAKES
We GROW from our mistakes
This is what we call LIFE
It’s OK to mess up
It’s OK to FAIL
It’s Ok to RESTART
Once you ACKNOWLEDGE that
And stop looking DOWN on yourself
Understanding you will SUCCEED
when one DOOR closes
Another is OPEN
Keep Going
No matter how HARD it is
I BELIEVE in YOU đź’Ż
