Ever thought about being a campaigner? My first guest interview of the series is with Ellie Costello, director of Square Peg and a passionate and driven human being. She campaigns for policy change in education so that those square peg children who don't fit in the round holes of the one-size-fits-all system can still thrive.
We talk about co-producing policies with those who are affected by them, having difficult conversations, and the hope Ellie sees for the future of wellbeing in education.
Check out some of the groups we mention in the interview below and enjoy the episode!
