Could you commit to something for 40 days? Good Morning Intentions is a new book by Tara & Britt of Elevate the Globe that has 21 rituals that are based in Kundalini yoga.
One ritual is called the Natural Xanax. To really have a deep experience with a ritual, they recommend that you commit to 40 days. With the natural xanax ritual, you will be reducing stress, spending time with yourself to work that stress and anxiety out of your system so that you can come out on the other side feeling ready for the day and able to combat anything you come into contact with.
The whole idea behind this was to help people to break through some habits that aren't serving them and help to replace those habits with newer habits to receive a certain result that you're looking for. Yes please!

Today on this solo episode of the Limitless Soul podcast, I am talking about the power of choice and how important it is that we tune into our inner world for answers. The reason that I'm here is to help you see more clearly through your own eyes, think for yourself and be able to connect and express through your creative, artistic expression, whatever that is for you, with a more intentional and potent energy behind it. This comes from knowing who you are, what you believe in, how to stand your ground and make aligned choices for yourself, and for your life without attaching anything to the outside world, beyond your own energetic commitment, to being in your highest truth. I'm so thankful for you being here, listening to this and being open-minded, open-hearted present available for what's coming through and I hope that you feel empowered to make your own choices, whatever that looks like for you xo

Today I have on Arielle Estoria who is Poet, Author, Light Speaker, Multidisciplinary Artist, Professional Feeler & Virtual Sunshine. We got into one topic in particular that I have been hearing about a lot and that is navigating being yourself in a public space. There's a difference between being professional and airing your dirty laundry. It's a really interesting water to navigate because we don't need to overshare so much about every fine detail of our lives. And it doesn't mean that you're not being authentic. It just means that you're choosing what it is that you're sharing. You don't have to be completely unfiltered, however, being open enough and secure enough to allow people to see different parts of your personality. Arielle has a way of explaining this topic incredibly well, so If you're interested in any of this kind of stuff or you're on this journey, you're going to absolutely love this episode with Ariella Estoria!

Kelli’s husband, Mickey joins her in this episode for the first time ever! He is not on social media and is very private so this is rare! They recorded this on a porch in Costa Rica while on family vacation because Kelli forgot to record a solo episode before they left. They went everywhere from how they met, what life was like before kids, what it’s like to be in partnership while one person is growing their business publicly, why they wanted kids, how Mickey is the test subject for Kelli’s new energy healing modalities, having reverence for nature, and how they support each other's unique energies. We hope you enjoy this episode of the Limitless Soul podcast with Kelli Mason! Xo

Today we have Lori Huitron, a hairdresser out in California who is also the founder of Hui Hui Essentials, my absolute favorite scalp oil. This beautiful episode gets really vulnerable on topics like: ceremony, inner beauty, ancestry, honoring the beauty industry, health and wellness & self care. We talked about how to self soothe, how to give yourself the most amazing scalp massage, how to be in ceremony with yourself, and so much more. She cried, I cried, we laughed. It was so amazing to experience that level of vulnerability and that level of just sweetness for gratitude and honoring the people who have come before us. Today I’m going to be sharing what it’s like holding space as an energy healer & intuitive coach. I will be getting into: How they are similar & different, my journey to coming into this work, and how being a hairdresser for 15 years shaped my approach to holding space as a healer and intuitive coach. It’s hard to put into words what an expanding soul is, but if I had to sum it up, it’s choosing to live. It’s choosing to forgive. It’s choosing to trust. It’s choosing to risk. It’s choosing to acknowledge your ego. It’s choosing....all the time. Thank you for tuning into this episode of the Limitless Soul podcast! xo

“I'm going to be a great fighter, but I'm also going to tell my kids I love them 50 times a day. I'm going to kiss my wife all the time. You know, that’s actually probably the coolest, most empowering masculine thing you can do is be a total bad-ass, but also be really vulnerable and be able to cry and be able to be sensitive that like that's a superpower, you know, is to be all of the things, not just pick one.” -Drew McManus
