Caleb is an ex Physical Therapist and currently is an online Fitness and Health Coach who specializes in helping busy professionals forge iron bodies with minimal equipment in minimal time. He helps people not to spend hours in the gym and helps people finally quit fad diets so they can feel better, live with more energy, and live greater lives.

We dive into the myths about what to do with certain injuries such as sprained ankles and break down the differences between stretching, mobility, and strengthening and which protocol is most appropriate for you to utilize.
