The insight in this episode is beneficial for those experienced in youth ministry or just starting off. There is quite often a tension between youth leaders and senior leaders. Carl Johnson (former youth leader and current senior leader) brings much needed wisdom between the two roles in fulfilling the purpose of the local church.

Martin has wide experience of developing resources and materials for youth work and is the author of over ten books including Youthwork from Scratch. He worked previously as the Editor of the UK’s largest national youth work magazine Youthwork and writes and speaks widely on creative resource development, innovation and youth culture. His current work within the organisation focuses on the creative development process for new resources and materials. So it was only right that we asked him about Youthscape's Innovation process.
