I am your host Lina Jones at I will entertain you for the next 60 minutes with biblical scripture and real- time comparison so get ready,  this is my version of “Life Improvement”. Like home improvement this is the inner home improvement. Not just for my life but I hope it helps you to improve some things in your life too. Last week I spend some time talking personally but this week I will continue from where I left off.  Nehemiah has put together his strategy on how to build the wall in Jerusalem. Today we go a little bit further, now his next step is convincing the Jews to do it. Remember they are a broken people because of their sins, but God strengthens and fixes the broken in all people.  In our life comparison I compare it with our broken communities, families, friendships, health and marriages all of the broken in our lives in today’s society. Welcome to another episode of LJ morning sparkle I hope all of you are doing well and are remaining dry with this really, awful, awful nasty weather that’s coming. Of course, I am here in Virginia and I will get hit although I'm not in the evacuation zone, I still will experience a lot of water.

I apologize for Monday’s show I seriously was told without checking it out for myself that the storm was going to hit on Monday, so I freaked and put on a podcast. Well, I am back and in the second book of Nehemiah as we go further into looking at what this builder, organizer and community advocate does to help the people of Jerusalem rebuild their city. This time they will be entering some obstacles just like life.  There have been people all throughout history that stand in the way of others achieving their dreams, Nehemiah is going to run into this morning. Trouble is brewing for Nehemiah because there are 3 characters that do not want him to build this wall back up so they will interfere you will hear about them on the show.

I'm not sure if we will be having the In the Cut with Jay Thursday night as we are expected hit with Florence rain starting Thursday night but I will keep you informed, see you in the networks.

Welcome to another episode of the LJDNShow due to serious storm conditions in my area that will hit on Monday hurricane Florence. I am not sure where I will be or what I will be doing. I do know that I won't be trying to do a live show.

I will, however, have a podcast ready for you on Monday night for those of you that are in dry weather and can access the Internet or your cell phones. This interview it's one I did back in 2014 with Social Media Consultant John Lusher. He Co-hosted the show with me, the original show was 2 hours long I have shortened it down by taking out some of the music to about one hour and 14 minutes. Be prepared to have one hour or 14 minutes worth of chill time. In our interview, we talked about tips and advice for social media. Things you can do to help your business and help your personal growth on social media. A lot of these tips are still useful in today's social media there has not been much or many changes to these techniques.

Welcome to a new episode of the LJ Morning Sparkle; this is the week that we start up with the book of Nehemiah. Nehemiah was kind of like an architect but most of all he was a praying man. He had a love for the Jewish people and love for his hometown community. Nehemiah is not only a book of unshakeable faith it is a book about community, unity, togetherness along with prayer and faith it is a book that shows what people can do to help their communities by unity.  By coming together through prayers and actions we can help improve or keep up our hometown communities. Some people don't have the time to do the actions all the time, but we can always pray.  Join me this morning as I start my interpretation of the book of Nehemiah I hope you enjoy it, and I thank you in advance for listening.

Good morning Diamonds, I hope you all are having a blessed day so far, I hope everything is going well in your favor and if it's not; have a cup of coffee, say a short prayer and just keep it moving. lol

This morning I am feeling a bit under the weather I think I'm coming down with an early cold, so I thought I'd play some inspirational Christian and gospel music for you instead of me talking. the music that you will hear is a combination of music I played for “The Book of Job” and “The Book of Esther” along with a few of the independent artists I promote who sings gospel music. I will however be back next Wednesday 10:00:00AM to start on my new book which will be the book of Nehemiah, as for today I need to get some rest to try to keep myself from not getting too sick. I think I gave myself this cold which you’ll find out once you listen to the podcast I'll explain how and why I did it.

Today is the day that most of you have been waiting for, it is the end of the book of Esther and I do have enough time to finish it.  So far, the book of Esther has been a most exciting book filled with everything that goes on in today’s society especially the drama. the last part of Esther we will find out about what happened to the Jewish people and how they overcame a major obstacle. There are several morals to this story one of the morals is the underdog doesn't always have to be the one who gets defeated. The underdog has a God that can and will fight for them. he sets the stage in motion and uses the characters as he sees fit for the victory; he puts things in proper perspective for his people and for those who believe in him. There is a new decree in the province of Shushan that is written by the hand of Mordecai with the support of the king. There is an unseen decree on our lives that have already been written by our Lord and savior all we have to do is to pray and believe he’ll take care of the problem no matter what it is. All we need is an ounce of faith which is all Ester has. Queen Esther is remembered as one of the greatest queens in the bible. There are holiday’s that was created from events that took place in the book of Esther. It is time for us to live out the decree that’s already been put in place for our lives if we just trust God to set it up and stop trying to set it up on our own. Thank you for listening

How are you today on this beautiful Wednesday morning Welcome to be LJ Morning Sparkle this is my Wednesday life improvement show. Today we are finishing the book of Esther this book is full of surprises full of drama, suspense, rumors and gossip you name it it's right there in the good book. I tell you there is truly nothing that is going on now that has not gone on during biblical days. We made dress different our hair may be a little different, the shoes we wear and the music we listen to may be different, but the earth has told these stories so many times. And for each time it does a scripture is played and repeated there is truly nothing new under the sun. So, join me as we finish the book of Esther on today and as usual, I hope that you learn a lesson as I always do or that your life is blessed.  I hope that I have said something to inspire you to take the fear away and to help you to walk out in faith a little more and a little stronger.  And for those wanting wars, not every fight you pick you're going to win not as long as there is a God that looks out for that underdog join me 10:00 AM EST.

I hope everyone had a good night sleep and is well rested for their today,  for those of you listening for the first time and returning listeners I thank you for giving me your time from 10 to 11 Live Wednesday mornings. We are still in the book of Esther and we are moving on we have one more area to go to cover that area we probably won't get to until next week..... I know I said we would be finished this week but I can't rush through this. Not with the comparisons because I want us to understand it, I want you to have an understanding what she was about and how it compares to what's happening today. I can't rush through it so there will be one last episode of the book of Esther. Now I have examined the last episode already so I know that it will definitely the last episode. This week I talk about Esther the reluctant heroine, she says, she does, but how strong is her faith? And ours when facing difficult decisions and not having any other choice in the matter.   I hope my words are inspiring to you in bringing you closer to God bringing you closer to knowing who you are in Christ knowing who is and his awesome love He has for us helping us to face fears. Welcome to another episode of the Lina Jones DiamondNetwork Show acronyms LJDNShow. I hope you all have had a fabulous weekend! My weekend was a working weekend as usual it was very nice but it's extremely, extremely hot here in southern Virginia. I hope those of you that are experiencing this heat are drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated that is very important and please pray for those that are suffering through fires and the lost homes in lives.

Tonight, my guess is Independent Music artist Jake Eldridge from the UK, unfortunately, he was a know show... So I talked about how to promote your band on social media. 

Don't forget to check out the website, August updates are up this is the last month of vacation before the kids go back to school.  So of course I will be talking about both of them, I have a special guest coming up later in the month and we will be talking to Miss Monique my resident teacher giving us tips on how to get those kids prepared to go back to school for the 2018-2019 school year. This morning we are going further into the book of Esther when we left off last we talked about the elaborate banquet that was taking going on and how the queen Vashti refused King Ahaserus his request. Today we go a little bit further into what happened after the queen ignored the Kings request and how he and Esther met. I will also be introduced to 2 new characters Mordecai and Hammon in my comparison. Thank you for taking this walk with me as I talk about the scriptures of the Bible I am learning things and having my eye opened to areas of scripture that I did not fully understand.  The breakdown and study let’s me see the different personalities and characters in biblical times and the more I read and study them the more I realize that these same personalities and characters exist in today's society. So, come and continue this journey with me in the book of Esther I pray that I can inspire you and help bring some light into those dark places we all have inside that will bring you closer to our God.
