Adam Copeland is joined by Raiders Radio Color Analyst Lincoln Kennedy to break down what went wrong for the Las Vegas Raiders this season. Lots of highs and lows for the Raiders this season, but they had another collapse to end the season like last season. Waller and the offense were some bright spots, but the defense was the biggest negative this season. Linc thinks they need to get a great DC and some impact players on defense to turn things around. He thinks Gruden needs to change up some of his play calls more since some of the plays they ran this season were ones Lincoln ran when he played for the Raiders. And they talk about if he thinks Derek Carr is the right man to lead the Raiders offense.
