Linda Biondi is a force of nature. The first time I met her she was helping a group of kids at the library where she works. She was totally “on” – a laser-like focus on the kids and clear instructions to their parents. She was leading everyone with a confidence and clarity that I’ve only see in the greatest Resilient Leaders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Seeing this quality of leadership in this environment immediately caught my attention. I waited until she was in between groups of kids and introduced myself.
Within 10 minutes of talking to Linda, I was begging her to be on my Finding Resilients podcast.
Linda’s story is one filled with events that break other people.
Childhood abuse.
Adults who didn’t listen or help.
Job loss.
The death of her husband.
Yet, when we talked, I felt nothing but gratitude and strength bursting forth from her. She described herself as “being surrounded by love” and as “someone who has had an absolutely wonderful life”.
In listening to this podcast, you are going to be blown away by Linda’s vulnerability, honesty, and strength. You will finish feeling stronger and more determined than ever to be good to yourself and other people. She is absolutely amazing.
