Lindsey Ackerman is a Geotechnical Engineering and Project Manager who has worked on a variety of heavy civil construction projects throughout the United States. As a woman in the male dominated construction industry Lindsey has learned through trial and error how to stand in her power, set boundaries, and speak from her active voice.

In this episode Lindsey encourages us to call out our own BS, find our truth, and follow our intuition regardless of perceived societal norms. She also shares the transformational moment in her career where through direct feedback she realized the cost of being too nice.
