The "core" self esteem you feel is something we'll grow and strengthen bit by bit. But your "surface level" dips in self-esteem? These can be gotten through rather quickly. All we need to do is find a nice development in your life.

Self-care days are nice... but they don't move you forward at all. So let's conquer your rough patch by going out and finding an opportunity, even if small, that will change what your future holds.

Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ I've been doing this whole garden thing without a mentor, and I don't even know of anyone who would fit the bill... But then I realized that hmmmm--- perhaps there are some fictional characters YOU can suggest whom can learn from? So I'm looking for book recommendations from you, Little Bunny! Specifically a character you think I could learn something from as I'm on a journey to become the best version of myself.

We also talk about a trick for how to keep yourself from spiraling, if your thoughts and emotions are swirling downward like water draining from a tub.

Then we cap it off with a little "five wisdoms" sequence which always helps lift me out of a bad place. There's also a pretty hilarious BAD piece of advice AI gave me which you can laugh at along with me. 🥰
