Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ This episode is my response to two questions I've been getting:
- Will you give us more life guidance?
- How do you deal with depression?
For life guidance? Yes! I can give more. But I'll only choose topics that I have solid experience with, or an informed understanding of. For the rest of life that I haven't got figured out? We can figure it out together 🥰.
And fortunately, for the bunnies who are seeking some guidance through depression, I do have solid experience with getting through it. I'll teach you a sequence I developed called "the Five Wisdoms," which got me through my lowest chapter.
In the "honey - carrot" spectrum, (honey episodes being indulgent feel-good, and carrot episodes being nutritious but maybe a little dry) this is a "carrot" episode.
But fortunately, carrot episodes are extra good for falling asleep!! And I give you 100% permission to zone out 😂😘.
However, for bunnies who are going through the lowest of lows, this episode could be life-changing. After all, the Five Wisdoms was an inflection point for my own journey... and it seems to have worked out quite well. 🥰
In a few days, I'll paste the poem as a standalone bonus, which is a summary of the sequence.
